I also greatly appreciate the 360 photo feature as it’s helped us to go back and look at the home more thoroughly to plan out repairs in the meantime as we wait to close. We had a punctured water line flood on our new floors at 11pm. We called Servpro and Mike showed up in less than an hour to start fans & dehumidifiers. Throughout the process, Mike has been great and taken excellent care of us. He coordinated with our schedule and has been extremely courteous. They responded within minutes and sent their technician, Sean K., who arrived within the hour. He is very professional, and quickly assessed the extent of the damage. He also proposed a remediation and repair plan, and placed fans and a dehumidifier to mitigate the damage. SERVPRO also assigned Jessica to coordinate the mitigation and repairs with my insurance company. I highly recommend SERVPRO of HEB.
